By using BizDiscover Pro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Business Listings
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information. We reserve the right to remove or suspend listings that violate our policies.
3. Paid Visibility Packages
Paid packages provide enhanced visibility features. Paid placement does not guarantee a specific ranking position and does not necessarily mean a business is better than another. Rankings also consider relevance, location, ratings, reviews, and profile quality.
4. Reviews & Recommendations
Users agree to provide honest and accurate reviews. Fake or misleading reviews may be removed, and repeat offenders may be suspended.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
BizDiscover Pro is a platform that connects consumers with businesses. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by listed businesses. Interactions between consumers and businesses are at the users' own risk.
